What Hazirji is
Hazirji Hope is an information platform where people create campaigns for their own or someone else's need and donors pay the shown account directly. Hazirji never receives, transfers or holds money.
No verification or approval
Campaigns go live without approval. Hazirji does not verify the truth of any campaign, person, document or account. Donors are responsible for checking before they give.
No refunds
Payments happen between the donor and the account owner. Hazirji cannot reverse a payment and is not liable for any loss.
Organizer duties
Organizers must give true information, create campaigns only about people who agreed, confirm every donation they receive and upload spending receipts. False information can lead to a permanent block of the email, phone and account numbers involved.
Reports and removal
Hazirji may hide or remove any campaign after a report. The person a campaign is about can have it taken down at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This draft needs a legal review before launch.
