Trust comes from people, not from us
Hazirji does not review campaigns before they go live and cannot refund. Instead, every page shows what a donor needs to check for themselves.
Only pay the account shown on the page
If someone sends you a different number on WhatsApp or by phone, do not pay and report the campaign. On Hazirji every account change waits 24 hours and every recent donor is emailed.
Call the hospital or school
Every campaign should name the institution and its phone number. Give them the patient or bill number and ask if the bill exists.
Read the documents
Estimates, prescriptions, vouchers. Personal numbers are blurred, but dates, amounts and the institution's name should be visible.
Watch for silence
Unconfirmed donations, no update in 30 days, or an under-dispute badge all show on the page.
Hazirji cannot refund
Money goes directly from one person to another. We never hold it, so we cannot reverse it. Check before you give.
If this is about you
If someone made a campaign about you without asking, tap Report and choose "This is about me and I didn't agree". The campaign is hidden at once.
